Navaneel Kar is an engineer and a marketing professional with a regular corporate job. Since his childhood, he has had a deep connect with and a love for nature, and a high sensitivity to the beauty of life and the world we live in, which he depicts in his poems, art and photography. Navaneel's other passion is spirituality, philosophy and mindfulness which stems from his Buddhist practice of over two decades. His lifelong endeavour is to learn and teach the art of mindfulness, compassion and happiness to others. He lives in Bengaluru, India, with his wife and two children.
